The reason we thoroughly enjoyed it was wonderful atmosphere and people. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Tea and coffee were served in the morning. The twin room we were given had an iron, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels😃

I liked that the hotel had a good atmosphere and was relaxed.

its central location in the heart of a bustling shopping town. fabulous walks and breath taking scenery. rooms were spotless and luxurious. staff were very pleasent and helpful. would recommend it highly..

I enjoyed the view of Croagh Patrick from my room and also found the hotel very conveniently located for exploring the town. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was only staying for a short time so didn't experience the spa facilities - I intend to stay again and do this as a treat! I liked the choice of places to eat. I had a very good meal in the Bistro - food excellent and price very reasonable. Room was clean and beds comfortable.
I thought the "full Irish breakfast" was on the small side E.G. no mushrooms! I also suspect that some of the rooms may have a noise problem. I myself was disturbed by wedding celebrations during the night and when I checked out, someone else was complaining about noise from the bar below his room. May be as well to check this when booking.

The hotel was very noisy due to the fact that it is a busy wedding venue we had requested a room in the quietest area of the hotel when booking, when confirming our booking the day before travel and on arrival we were reassured the room was in a quiet area. The music from the wedding was very loud until 2.00am not the best start to a relaxing weekend

The hotel was central to Westport and was spotlessly clean both in the public areas and the bedroom. The staff were polite and friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard. Although we did not have time to use the leisure facilities we would definitely considering returning to the hotel and making time to relax in the surroundings.
There was nothing to dislike in our case.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always willing to help with even the smallest of requests. Room was very spacious and warm. Overall it was a really fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Westport.
No complaints whatsoever. A really great place to stay with lots of pensioners visiting too.
-
I liked the location right in the heart of town. We had parking on site as well. We used the swimming pool too. Friendly staff. The room was huge with 3 beds (1 Double & 2 Singles).
The hotel is fine, but needs some refurbishment in some areas, particularly the bedroom corridors and bathrooms.

the best thing about the Castlecourt is their great food.
1. i think the breakfast is small for the money you are paying out. 2. i know check out time was 12 noon, but we got a call at 12:05 asking us to vacate the room. 3. the room are a bit small if you are staying a few days.
